The details matter
Good information. In the open.
How we research, publish and maintain the details in this guide.
Start with an official source
Place profiles use city, authority or operator sources. Company profiles need evidence of the specific entity’s GIFT City presence. A global company homepage is not enough. Every factual profile links to its supporting sources and shows a factual-review date.
Honest gaps are useful
Unknown prices, hours, coordinates and access rights stay unfilled. A source listing does not mean a place is open now. A company office is not automatically a walk-in retail branch. Upcoming projects do not become operating venues without evidence.
What review dates mean
“Reviewed” refers to the facts assessed by an editor. “Checked” in a maintenance report refers to a technical link check. A successful HTTP response never updates a factual-review date.
Our review targets are 30 days for prices and hours, 90 days for company presence, and 14 days for access and transport. Details that need review are flagged or omitted. These are editorial targets, not a guarantee that every external fact remains unchanged.
Automation with a boundary
Builds render approved content automatically. Maintenance checks links and flags stale records. Changes to prose, operating status, company status, prices, access and permit rules require editorial review. Live source ingestion is disabled.
Images and commercial relationships
Conceptual illustrations are labeled and never presented as photographs of listed venues. See image credits. Advertising and analytics are disabled in this edition. If sponsored content is introduced, it will be clearly labeled.
